1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zyqvar Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the zyqvar.com website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Zyqvar Studio Ltd. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Our Products

Handcrafted Nature: All our furniture is handcrafted in the United Kingdom using natural materials like solid wood. As such, variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate.

Lead Times: Most of our pieces are made to order to ensure the highest quality. The estimated lead time is stated on each product page and in your order confirmation. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Orders, Delivery, and Cancellations

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. A contract between us will be formed only when we send you an "Order Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

Delivery: We deliver within the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered to your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery team is unable to deliver due to access issues, you may be charged a fee for the failed delivery.

Cancellations & Returns: For our standard collection pieces, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please note that for bespoke commissions, different terms apply (see section 5).

5. Bespoke Commissions

For items that are custom-made to your specifications ("Bespoke Commissions"), the right to cancel does not apply once work has commenced. A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin the design and making process. We will work closely with you to ensure the design is approved before crafting begins.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, graphics, logos, images, and the design) are owned by Zyqvar Studio Ltd and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our designs without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyqvar Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the price of the product in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site or a purchase from us.
