Bespoke Commissions

Your vision, realised with our craft.

A Piece That Tells Your Story

A bespoke commission is more than just custom furniture; it is a collaboration. It's an opportunity to create a future heirloom, a piece that fits the dimensions of your space and the narrative of your life. We work closely with private clients, architects, and interior designers to translate unique ideas into tangible, timeless objects of beauty.

Our Collaborative Process

Step 1: The Conversation

Every great piece begins with a conversation. We'll discuss your initial ideas, the functional needs of the piece, the character of the space it will inhabit, and your desired budget and timeline.

Step 2: Concept & Design

Our design team will develop initial concepts, presenting sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to help you see how the final piece will look and feel. We refine the design with your feedback until it's perfect.

Step 3: Material Selection

We guide you through our library of sustainably sourced British and European hardwoods. You can select the exact timber, as well as complementary materials, finishes, and hardware that will bring the design to life.

Step 4: The Craft

Once the design is approved, our master craftspeople get to work. In our Sussex workshop, your vision is meticulously shaped by hand, using a blend of traditional joinery and modern precision. We invite you to receive updates as your piece takes shape.

Step 5: White-Glove Delivery

Your finished piece is inspected, carefully wrapped, and delivered by our specialised furniture delivery team. They will place it in your room of choice, perform any necessary assembly, and remove all packaging, leaving you to enjoy your new heirloom.
