Information about receiving and returning your Zyqvar Studio pieces.
Delivery Information
Lead Times: As мост of our furniture is handcrafted to order in our UK workshop, please allow for the lead time indicated on the individual product page. This is typically between 8-12 weeks. We believe that good things take time, and we will keep you informed throughout the making process.
Delivery Process: For larger furniture items, we use a specialised two-person delivery service to ensure your piece arrives safely. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and a 4-hour time slot.
Access & Preparation: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered furniture will fit through all doorways, stairwells, and corridors. Please measure these areas carefully before placing your order. Our delivery team is not responsible for making alterations to your property. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a redelivery charge.
Returns Policy
We take great pride in our work and hope you love your Zyqvar Studio pieces. However, if you need to make a return, here is our policy.
Standard Collection Items
In accordance with UK regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return an item from our standard collection.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, which must be via an insured and trackable service.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Items that are made to your specific requirements (Bespoke Commissions) are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they have been created uniquely for you. This does not apply if the item is faulty or not as described.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our workshop. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
How to Arrange a Return
To initiate a return for a standard collection item, please email us at [email protected] within the 14-day period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
