What does "handcrafted" mean for your furniture?

It means every piece is made by our small team of skilled craftspeople in our UK workshop. We use traditional joinery techniques combined with modern precision tools to create furniture that is built to last. This hands-on approach results in a superior quality and character that mass-produced items cannot replicate.

The wood on my item looks slightly different from the photo. Why?

This is the beauty of using natural materials. Each piece of solid wood has a unique grain pattern, colour tone, and character. These variations are not defects but rather hallmarks of authentic, natural timber that make every single piece one-of-a-kind.

How should I care for my furniture?

For pieces with a natural oil finish, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners. For spills, wipe immediately with a slightly damp cloth and dry straight away. We provide a detailed care guide with every purchase.

Orders & Delivery

What is your typical lead time?

As most pieces are made to order, our standard lead time is between 8 and 12 weeks from the date of your order confirmation. We will keep you updated on the progress of your piece as it moves through the workshop.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the item and your location within the UK. The final delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage before you complete your purchase.

What if I'm not home for the delivery?

Our delivery partner will arrange a date and time slot with you in advance. If you are unable to accept delivery during the agreed-upon slot, a redelivery fee may be charged. Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Bespoke Services

Can you create a completely custom piece of furniture for me?

Are bespoke items refundable?

Due to the unique nature of custom-made items, bespoke commissions are non-refundable once the final designs have been approved and crafting has commenced. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for more information.
